Aligue Pasta

Ingredients

1/2   cup   DARI CREME CLASSIC
2   tbsp   minced garlic
1   cup   store bought aligue (crab fat)
    juice from 1/2 lemon
    pepper to taste
2   tbsp   chopped parsley
300   grams   cooked spaghetti
    *Substitute: 4 pc calamansi

Procedure

  1. Sauté garlic in melted margarine. Add aligue and cook for about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in lemon juice and season with pepper.
  3. Cook for about 1 more minute and stir in chopped parsley. Cool. Top aligue on spaghetti. Serve warm.
Makes 2 to 3 servings.
